The mission of the Axtell Middle School math department is to help all students develop mathematical skills and to increase their confidence in their mathematical abilities. 

My mission as a 7-12 spanish teacher is to create a better and deeper understanding between english and spanish speakers by increasing the students' knowledge of the target language through reading, writing, speaking, listening, and culture using multiple means of instruction and curriculum. 

My mission as a first grade teacher is to encourage students to become lifelong learners by seizing every teachable moment. I strive to make learning fun for each individual student, as well as give them the tools they need to reach their highest potential.  

My mission as an agriculture educator and FFA advisor is to build a classroom culture that inspires and encourages students to work hard, be kind, and take ownership of their learning.

My mission as a kindergarten teacher is to create a loving classroom environment that encourages creativity, kindness, and confidence. I am determined to build a sense of community where children feel comfortable sharing ideas and a love for learning with their peers. As a classroom team we will dream big, work hard, and have fun. 

I am committed to identifying and meeting the diverse needs of each student through individualized educational programming.  It is my mission to serve students, families, colleagues, and other professionals within the community in order to promote each student’s success as he/she prepares for future endeavors.

The mission of the Axtell Community School Food Service is to meet the nutritional needs of the students and staff by offering a variety of quality nutritious meals while fulfilling state and federal requirements. We are committed to providing a friendly, professional, clean atmosphere encouraging students to develop, learn, and establish lifelong habits of making healthy food choices.

My mission is to create an environment of caring and success by modeling and encouraging respect, trust, and acceptance for students, staff, and parents. It is also my mission to provide clear guidance, strong support and information all students need to reach their goals. 

My mission as the 4th grade teacher is to build relationships and motivate students to grow both personally and academically.  I am determined create a classroom environment that will allow each student to be successful.

My mission is to help students see their full potential and to overcome their adversities by providing support in a variety of fashions that is intended on meeting the needs of each individual student while working with students, parents, and staff in a positive manner that promotes student success. 

My mission is to motivate, encourage, and support my students by providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment. In doing so, I hope to create self-confident individuals who develop a love for learning. 

My mission as an elementary resource teacher is to be an advocate for all students receiving services.  I will diligently work side-by-side with students, classroom teachers, parents, paraeducators, administration, and specialists to help students make significant strides academically, socially, and emotionally.  I am determined to make learning fun by bringing out individual student strengths and creativity in a risk-free and supportive learning environment.

My mission is to educate through the teachable moments that happen every day in our early learning environment and support families in similar moments in the home setting. I will foster cognitive, creative, social/emotional, and physical growth of our students by creating a classroom where children can learn by doing.

My mission as 9-12 Social Studies Teacher, is to create a learning environment to help students become informed, productive citizens of their community, state and nation.

My mission as a 9-12 Language Arts teacher is to vibrantly increase my students' learning capabilities in vocabulary, writing, reading, and speaking.

My mission is to facilitate a classroom environment inspiring resilience in learning for all students. I aim to assist all learners in becoming not simply proficient, but avid and enthusiastic readers and writers of the English language.

My vision is to be an inspiring and empowering force in children’s lives so they are excited and motivated to learn.

My mission as an educator is to equip students with the tools they need to achieve their goals and instill in them a vision that will challenge yesterday's status quos while promoting human equity and respect.

My goal as Head Custodian is to exceed the expectations of students, parents, teachers, administration and guests by providing a safe, clean and organized school and school grounds.  I look to continually have our school updated and progressing forward.

I will enthusiastically approach the building of knowledge and skills in the field of industrial technology by providing engaging classroom demonstrations and projects tuned to today's job market.

My mission as a teacher is to instill the belief in my students that they can achieve anything. I want to show that hard work, dedication, consistency, and determination are very valuable traits. I will show my students compassion and fairness. I will strive to mold them into independent creative thinkers that try to find solutions for themselves. 

My mission as a teacher's aide is to be a positive role model to the children in our school, to provide a safe and secure environment in which they can learn, and to provide the needed assistance to the children I am assigned to help by encouraging them to achieve their highest potential. 

My mission as a paraprofessional educator is to demonstrate and provide compassionate, patient, and meaningful instruction to students by being consistent, in my personal and professional demeanor and by holding students accountable to higher standards within our academic and social environment. 

My mission as a middle school science teacher is to capture the students' interest in science and cultivate their inquiry into lifelong learning in a safe, responsible, and engaged environment, so students will achieve their goals and become trustworthy, responsible, and happier citizens.

Justin Swedburg: K-12 Physical Education

My mission as the K-12 PE teacher is to mold students into lifelong healthy, productive individuals.  I believe that through a quality PE, Health & Strength Training program our students will learn to value physical activity and will maintain a healthy lifestyle as adults.  Our students will demonstrate respect, persistence and character in the classroom and in life.

My mission is to support the teachers in whatever ways they need, and to assist students with their education, developing positive and respectful interpersonal skills.
