Axtell Community School will resume our regular start time of 8:10 AM on Thursday, February 20. However, please be advised that the morning temps will still be very cold but without the wind chill factor. Please allow for extra travel time, dress in warm clothes, and be cautious. Bus times are expected to be normal, there is morning preschool, and all activities will resume.
Due to the weather this week we have a few changes to our National FFA Week celebrations.
1. Thursday's dress up day will be "Old McDonald's Farm" and "Anything but a Backpack"
2. We are postponing Coffee and Conversations, it will now take place in March

Axtell Community School will be closed Tuesday, February 18 due to drifting roads and frigid temperatures. Girls district basketball decision will be determined by the host school Elm Creek. Stay tuned for more game information.
Axtell Schools will have a 10:00 AM start tomorrow Tuesday February 18th.
Girls sub district games tomorrow will begin at 4:00. If Axtell wins tonight, they will play in Elm Creek at 4:00.
