In Preschool, how do you make the letter X without a crayon?
This is a late update but congratulations to the High School Quiz Bowl team for placing 3rd at the Red Cloud Twilight Quiz Bowl Meet last Thursday, March 14th.

To help Preschoolers learn the letter M, we did melting experiments. We graphed what worked best to melt a large ball of ice (salt, water, or a mix of salt/water). Students noted that when salt was used, the ball of ice had big holes which maybe helped it melt faster. They also noticed that there was no melting difference between salt and salt/water mix. Finally, they dropped water colors on the ice to see where it would run.
